SpeedAir(US)/SpeedAir(UK)
Todd.....as a suggestion it would seem logical to split your VA so the pilots who live in the US could fly to airports that they
have knowledge of and the pilots in the UK could obviously fly to airports that they have knowledge of. All pilots would
have the right to fly whatever flight they wanted, of course, but easier if you're flying in the country your most familiar with.
Reason 1: Since I live in the US, without having spent roughly $40+USD, I cannot obtain any European airport diagrams.
Reason 2: I'm not sure how easy it is for you to get European airport diagrams but I have tried and tried with no luck. Our
American Pilots would at least have that source of information available to them....It's much easier to fly to an
unknown airport and have the diagram so he/she knows from what direction to approach each runway the is
available at that particular airport.
Reason 3: It really would'nt require much of a change. All that would have to be done is add US routes to your already
existing route schedule. The aircraft would remain the same as would any other existing part of your VA.
Reason 4: I'm surely not expecting you to change this entire VA to suit just a few pilots but rather looking at it as an
expansion to the existing VA to accomodate all pilots and generate more pilot participation. As it is now you and
I are the only ones flying the friendly skies.
Anyway, if you have any questions regarding this suggestion I would be happy to spend some time with you. I am working
on my own TeamSpeak Server (still a work in progress) that we could share with your VA name if that was what you wanted. It would also be a real good place to get instant feedback from the other pilots if they choose to participate. Me ?? I am excited to share this knowledge with you.....Let me know.......

Re: SpeedAir(US)/SpeedAir(UK)
To be honest I think its a great idea. I can see some sort of promotion coming your way
lol. I want Speed Airways to be a worlwide virtual airline so ideas like this really help.
Would you mind posting up some flights you wish to fly and I'll add them to the schedule? Airport codes would be useful if you can. List as many as you want and I'll put them all in.
